Download and fill out the participant waiver. (waiver link). Email the completed waiver to the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) RaiseRight coordinator at obpscrip@gmail.com. The OBP RaiseRight coordinator will reply to you with your enrollment code.
Go to www.raiseright.com and create an account, using your enrollment code. It is very important that you include the name of the student(s) you are fundraising for with your account. If you are fundraising for multiple students, you can provide multiple names and rebates will be split evenly among those students. If you prefer to fundraise for the Owasso Bands General Fund rather than a student, please circle the “Owasso General Band Fund” option on the waiver and put “Owasso General Band Fund” as your student in your RaiseRight Account when you create your account. The user is responsible for ensuring the correct student name is listed on the account.

PHYSICAL GIFT CARD SHIPMENTS TO THE COORDINATOR
Owasso Band Patrons incurs a shipping fee anytime a user opts to ship a physical gift card to the coordinator. As such, we only process those shipments once a month, on the last day of each month. The coordinator will reach out to you when the your card has arrived.
