If your student is part of the Owasso Public Schools band program, joining the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) is essential. Membership is open to anyone who wants to support instrumental music in Owasso, including parents, grandparents, alumni, friends, and community members. Whether you're looking to stay connected, help fundraise, or simply cheer on the students, joining OBP is a meaningful way to make a difference. For families, it’s also an essential part of fundraising, helping make the band experience more affordable for all. Your membership directly supports student opportunities and their growth in music.

Monthly Meetings: Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month in the Owasso High School Band Building, except for August and September when they take place at the Owasso PAC. These meetings are a great opportunity to stay informed about the band program, including updates on marching contests, volunteer opportunities (such as working in the concession stands or chaperoning away football games), and ways to fund student trip accounts for the year. Each meeting also includes a treasurer's report, with additional financial details available upon request.

Fundraising and Financial Support: Per OBP bylaws, membership is required to participate in our fundraisers. OBP offers a variety of opportunities throughout the year (sales, raffles, events, and concession work) that can help reduce the cost of band trips and activities. Your involvement directly supports your child’s experience and helps make band more affordable for all families.
