Spring is coming, and so is the Annual Owasso Bands Spring Plant Sale! Now through March 10, you can purchase high-quality plants while supporting Owasso Band students.

This spring, we’re partnering again with Sedan Floral to bring you 25 beautiful plant options, including geraniums, lantana, impatiens, petunias, zinnias, and more! Whether you're refreshing your garden or adding a pop of color to your home, there's something for everyone.

Every purchase benefits student band accounts!

BAND BANDQUET FUNDRASING! Students will have the option to apply more of their earnings from the Spring Plant Sale toward the cost of their band banquet ticket. This will be the only fundraiser available to help cover banquet ticket costs. At the end of the sale, students who wish to use their earnings for the banquet will need to make that designation on the Final Order Submission Google Form.

To order, please contact your favorite Owasso Band student! If you’d like to support the band through this plant sale but don’t have a student to order from, email owassobandfundraising@gmail.com for assistance.

This fundraiser will benefit student accounts of those in grades 7-12. To sell plants for this fundraiser, your household MUST be a member of Owasso Band Patrons (OBP). If you aren’t a member yet, join here. For each plant sold, students will earn money in their band accounts. See the amounts below for specific earnings.

Sales Process

1.Sell Spring Plants: Collect individual orders using the provided sales forms and catalog. You may use whatever order form is best for you.

• For a PDF copy of the sales catalog: DOWNLOAD PDF SALES CATALOG

• For a JPG copies of the sales catalog: HANGING BASKETS, 4.5” POTS, FLATS (SHADE), FLATS (SUN)

• For a PDF copy of the order form: DOWNLOAD PDF SALES FORM

• For a digital copy of the order form with automatic tallies and totals: ACCESS THE DIGITAL SALES FORM

2. Submit Your Order: Once all orders and payments have been collected, please enter the complete student order into this Google Form. Ensure that all information is accurate, as OBP will place orders based on the details you submit.

3. Submit Your Payment: We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." Payment for the entire order is due by 3:00PM on March 10th. Payment must be turned in to the coordinator or Mrs. Richardson. Payments can be dropped at the band office during regular office hours. All payments must to be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name, grade, and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone). Do not turn in your order form with your payment; please keep it for your records to assist with delivery. See below for payment submittal times in addition to band office hours.

4. Plant Delivery: Plants will be ready for pick in the band parking lot on/around April 10th. Reminders will be sent out closer to that time. You will be responsible for picking up your entire order and for organizing delivery to your customers.
