The 2025 Fall Plant Sale will run from September 5 through September 19. After last year’s record-setting success, Riddle Plant Farm is back as our vendor, bringing 89 years of Tulsa experience and a trusted reputation for providing vibrant, high-quality plants.

This year’s sale features a wonderful selection of seasonal favorites, including mums, pansies, ornamental kale, and gift cards that can be used for holiday gifting or future gardening needs. With sixteen options available, there is something to brighten every home and garden.

This fundraiser will benefit students in grades 7-12. To participate in this fundraiser, your household MUST be a member of Owasso Band Patrons (OBP). If you aren’t a member yet, join here. For each plant sold, Owasso Band Patrons will donate to Owasso Bands on behalf of the student. See the amounts below for specific donations.

Sales Process

1. Sell Fall Plants: Collect individual orders using the provided sales forms and catalog. You may use whatever order form is best for you. The sale window is open from September 5-September 19.

2. Submit Your Order: Once all orders and payments have been collected, please enter the complete student order into this Google Form. Ensure that all information is accurate, as the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) will place orders based on the details you submit.

3. Submit Your Payment: We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." Payment for the entire order is due by 8:00PM on September 19. Payments can be dropped at the band office during regular office hours. All payments must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with the student's name, grade, and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone). Do not turn in your order form with your payment; please keep it for your records to assist with delivery. See below for payment submittal times in addition to band office hours.

• Payment Drop-off Times:

  - Friday, Sept 19 —> 2:45 to 3:15 PM in the band lounge
  - Friday, Sept 19 —> 7:15 to 7:45 PM in the band lounge

  - Other times can be arranged by request via email at owassobandfundraising@gmail.com.

4. Plant Delivery:

• Pick-Up Date: The afternoon of October 9 in the band parking lot. A reminder will be sent closer to the pick-up date.

• You are responsible for picking up your entire order and organizing delivery to your customers.
