SPRING PLANT SALE PICKUP

SPRING PLANT SALE ORDERS ARRIVE FRIDAY, APRIL 10.
Starting at 9 AM, lots of help is needed to unload and sort our plant orders in the high school band office parking lot. If you’re able to assist at any point during the day, please email Jenni Kessler HERE. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Plant PICK-UP will be from 2–5:30 PM in the high school band office parking lot. Please make arrangements to pick up your order during this time. If you are unable to pick up during the time window, please make arrangements with another family/student and email those arrangements HERE.

Plants cannot be left outside the high school after that evening.

Plants will ONLY be released to the band student/family. Band students and their families are responsible for delivering their plants.

OWASSO BANDS GOLF TOURNAMENT

Join the 2026 Owasso Bands Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 11, at Bailey Ranch Golf Course in Owasso, OK. This four-man scramble features an 8 a.m. shotgun start, lunch and prizes after play, and sponsorship opportunities. Proceeds support Owasso Band students in grades 6–12.

SPRING PLANT ORDER DEADLINE

We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." Payment for the entire order is due by 3:00PM on March 10th. Payment must be turned in to the coordinator or Mrs. Richardson. Payments can be dropped at the band office during regular office hours. All payments must to be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name, grade, and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone). Do not turn in your order form with your payment; please keep it for your records to assist with delivery.

Battle of the Bands: Canned food Drive

Battle of the Bands: Canned Food Drive!

Let’s come together and make an impact! The Wind Ensemble, Symphonic I, Symphonic II, and Concert Band will compete to see who can donate the most food items during our Food Drive benefiting Owasso Community Resources.

✅ Winning group earns a pizza party with the directors!
🍕 Bring the boxes, bring the cans, bring the pride!
📍 Drop-off location: Tubs will be placed outside the band office.
