Owasso BANDS POINSETTIA SALE: Holiday Cheer Starts Here

Get ready to deck the halls while supporting Owasso Band students. Our 2025 Poinsettia Sale is underway, giving students a festive way to fundraise. Choose from 6" or 8" pots, each wrapped in decorative foil. They are perfect for adding holiday charm to any home, community, or office space. For many years, the Poinsettia Sale has been a cherished Owasso Bands tradition, spreading holiday beauty while supporting student success.

Sales end October 27, and every purchase directly benefits students, helping them grow and succeed. Do not miss this chance to add some holiday cheer!

This is a student fundraiser benefiting Owasso Band students in grades 7 through 12. To participate, your household must be a member of Owasso Band Patrons (OBP). If you are not a member yet, you can join here.

SALES & ORDER PROCESS

1. Sell Poinsettias: Collect individual orders using the provided sales forms and catalog. You may use whatever order form is best for you.

2. Submit Your Order: Once all orders and payments have been collected, please enter the complete student order into this Google Form. Ensure that all information is accurate, as the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) will place orders based on the details you submit.

3. Submit Your Payment: We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." You do not need to submit your order form with payment; keep it for your records to assist with delivery. Payment and order submittal is due no later than 8:00 PM on October 27th.

Payment Drop-off Options:

Drop off payment in the band office, directly to Mrs. Richardson. If dropping payment in the band office, you MUST place your payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone).
Bring payment directly to the coordinator on October 27th, from 7:45 to 8:00 PM in the band building. Please have the payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone).

4. Poinsettia Delivery: Orders will be ready on/around the second week of December. Reminders will be sent closer to the pick-up date. You are responsible for picking up your entire order and organizing delivery to your customers.

Color and quantities may be limited. In the event a variety sells out, priority will be given to the earliest orders submitted. You will be contacted directly if your selected variety is unavailable.
