A FILL-THE-CALENDAR FUNDRAISER SUPPORTING OWASSO BAND STUDENTS

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Download a copy of the calendar HERE. Paper copies will be handed out in your band classes on May 16. Additional paper copies are available in the band office or by emailing owassobandfundraising@gmail.com.

  2. Ask for donations by posting the calendar on social media or asking family and friends in person. (See below for sample posts and talking points.)

  3. As dates are claimed by sponsors, mark them off on your calendar.

  4. Collect the donation from each sponsor. 100% of what you collect will go into your student band account.

  5. Turn in money to the Owasso Band Patrons. We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to “Owasso Band Patrons”. All payments must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name, grade, and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone). See below for payment submittal times:

    • July 2nd from 5PM-8PM at the Owasso Bands Fireworks Tent (corner of 116th & 145th)

    • July 26th at Admin Day

    • Other times by request by emailing owassobandfundraising@gmail.com.

This fundraiser will benefit student accounts of those in grades 7-12. To participate in this fundraiser, your household MUST be a member of Owasso Band Patrons (OBP). If you aren’t a member yet, join here.

Hi! I’m raising money for my band account through a calendar fundraiser called Pitch In for The Pride of Owasso.

Here’s how it works: I have a June 2025 calendar with the days 1 through 30. You can pick a date and donate that amount in dollars. For example, if you pick the 10th, you would donate $10. There are also bonus days you can claim for any amount, and you’re welcome to choose more than one day.

All of the money I collect goes directly into my band account to help pay for marching fees, trips, and other band expenses.
