Fuel your day with the Pride of Owasso Caffeine Kick Fall Coffee Sale! Support Pride of Owasso Band students with our exclusive fall coffee lineup, featuring premium roasts, including our private label ContraBAND Coffee.
We’re excited to kick off our Fall Coffee Sale, running through October 9th! This year, we’re partnering once again with T3 Roasters, a local, family-owned company that is committed to sustainably sourced, locally roasted coffee.
Choose from two premium coffees: ContraBAND and El Burro. Both are available in 12oz bags, offered in ground or whole bean varieties. Whether you need a morning caffeine boost to survive Bandtober or are shopping for the perfect holiday gift, this coffee has you covered! Plus, all purchases directly support Pride of Owasso Band students.
This is a STUDENT FUNDRAISER and will benefit student accounts of those in grades 7-12. To participate in this fundraiser, your household MUST be a member of Owasso Band Patrons (OBP). If you aren’t a member yet, join here. For each bag of coffee sold, Owasso Band Patrons will donate to Owasso Bands on behalf of the student. See the amounts below for specific donations.

SALES & ORDER PROCESS
1. Sell Coffee: Collect individual orders using the provided sales forms and catalog. You may use whatever order form is best for you.

2. Submit Your Order: Once all orders and payments have been collected, please enter the complete student order into this Google Form. Ensure that all information is accurate, as the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) will place orders based on the details you submit.
3. Submit Your Payment: Payment for the entire order is due October 9th by 6:00 PM. We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." Payments can be dropped at the band office during regular office hours. All payments must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with the student's name, grade, and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone). Do not turn in your order form with your payment; please keep it for your records to assist with delivery. See below for payment submittal times in addition to band office hours.

4. Coffee Delivery: Orders will be ready on/around October 25th. Reminders will be sent closer to the pick-up date. You are responsible for picking up your entire order and organizing delivery to your customers.
